The hotel was comfortable and clean during our stay.

Unfortunately, the bed was incredibly hard, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Despite attempting to use folded blankets as a makeshift solution, it still didn't alleviate the discomfort. Additionally, the property's appearance was misleading. it was worn out and in need of renovation, which was disappointing given the better-looking photos advertised.

Unexpected laundry frustrations

The spacious three-bedroom suite was ideal for our family of eight. We really appreciated having plenty of power sockets and the friendly staff who were always ready to help.

Unfortunately, the laundry unit didn't work well. Even after it was replaced, clothes remained damp, requiring extra air-drying time. Some bathroom floors felt slippery, adding to our worries.

the bed felt like sleeping on a rock—absolutely atrocious! the kitchen was practically empty with no sponge or dish soap, ridiculous! i woudl ve been delighted with an upgrade or at least a small welcome tray, but of course, that didn’t happen. my expectations fell flat like the so-called luxury of this hotel.

the air conditioning worked well keeping the room cool. the WiFi was painfully slow.
